keto approved bagels – makes 5-6 bagels
whats in it
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
2tbsp cream cheese!
how do i make it
mix baking powder + almond flour in a bowl + set aside. beat eggs. add mozzarella cheese + cream cheese to a bowl. microwave for 1 minute then stir. then another minute + stir until all combined. add flour mixture + eggs to cheeses to form dough. use hands to roll into ball. split into 5 even balls then roll out to form bagels. top with seasoning of choice! i chose @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning!
