coconut acai smoothie bowl whats in it 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 7 Trader Joe’s coconut chunks {frozen} 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 2 scoops collagen peptides 2 tbsp organic peanut butter powder 1 Trader Joe’s acai packet {frozen} 5 ice cubes 1 tbsp chia seeds {for topping} 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds {for topping} 1 tbsp stevia sweetened dark chocolate {for topping}   how do i make it add all ingredients to blender + blend. top with desired ingredients or the ones I used above. remember to always enjoy + send me photos of your versions! loving your food isn't about the perfect photo, its about devouring our creations! xoxo...

low carb cookie dough bites

low carb cookie dough bites whats in it 8 oz softened cream cheese 1/2 cup softened Kerry gold butter 1/3 cup Swerve sweetener 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch Pink Sea Salt 4 oz Lilly’s Dark Chocolate baking chips   how do i make it with a hand mixer, cream together the first five ingredients until everything is incorporated well and a little fluffy. then with a silicon spatula fold in the chocolate chips.  refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until the mixture firms up a bit. at this point, you can scoop the dough out into 20 servings & keep refrigerated or scoop them onto parchment paper + freeze.   remember to always enjoy + send me photos of your versions! loving your food isn't about the perfect photo, its about devouring our creations!...
